Wow. I have gotten botox treatments a few times from a few different spas and was expecting roughly the same experience at the Ranch. I am so glad I was wrong! The place is beautiful and a little off the beaten path- surrounded by tall beautiful trees. When the doctor met me at the door, she was kind, and attentive, and actually seemed to care about who I was and what I wanted. We discussed my options and I received more information about the process than anyone has ever told me before. I ended up trying out Dysport, as a friend recommended it. The procedure was gentle and my soreness was minimal after. Even though I explained what the normal dosage that the other places said I needed - she explained that she thought we should use LESS! And she was right- the results have been fantastic. I was really blown away with the professionalism and ethics of the Ranch. Even when given the chance, she elected to charge me less than I was ready to spend because she was honest about what I actually needed to achieve the results I wanted. I am ruined for all other spas. Lol. I will definitely be back. Thank you so much!

I was a bit skeptical going to this place, but ended up having an excellent experience. Amazing place, got the appointment right away. Dr B was very professional and made me feel very comfortable. She combined a lip filler with a lip-flip and I love my lips.
Her prices are very affordable compared to others in San Diego.

I had a great experience! It wasn’t painful at all, the doctor was really sweet and she had gentle hands so I didn’t feel any pain and my frown lines, crows feet and all my wrinkles are completely gone. You’ll find the center tucked into a neighborhood. Totally recommend:)
